Reef stands behind the products we sell. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may bring it back to the location where the original purchase was made within 72 hours and we will make it right, subject to the following conditions:
- Must have more than ½ remaining, in original packaging
- Limit one (1) replacement per item/SKU (please try an eighth before you stock up on an ounce of one strain that may not be for you, as we can only replace one eighth per strain, for example)
- Non-medicated merchandise can only be returned if it is defective
- Exchange must be for the same price tier and weight
- Discounted/sale/promotional items not eligible for exchange
- No cash refunds
- Customers who abuse this policy may be deemed ineligible at store manager’s discretion
Specials and Discounts
All Reef Dispensary locations in Arizona and Nevada have ongoing “flash sales” which are updated weekly (typically on Tuesdays, but sometimes the schedule shifts due to holidays or special events).
Every Wednesday is Local Love Wednesday at Reef Dispensary locations in Nevada, where local customers with Nevada ID take an extra 10% off for a total of 20% off!!
Every Monday is Medical Monday at Reef Dispensary locations in Arizona, where patients with a valid Medical Marijuana Registry Identification card issues by the Arizona Department of Health Services take an extra 10% off for a total of 20% off!!
All discounts and specials are offered for a limited time. Management reserves all rights.
*Veterans must show proof of service. We accept the following documents:
- Veteran Health Identification Card from the Department of Veterans Affairs
- ‘Veteran’ printed on any US driver’s license
- DoD Military ID Card or Veteran ID Card
- DD214 Report of Separation form
We will scan a copy of your proof of service so that you get your discount automatically in the future, except in the case of DoD card or DD214, as these documents should not be copied/scanned/photographed. In such case, a store manager will complete a verification form and scan that instead.
Earning Loyalty Points
Points will be automatically added to your customer account each time you, as an eligible Loyalty Program member, make a purchase at a Reef Dispensary location, earning one (1) point for each pre-tax dollar spent. Points can be earned/redeemed across multiple Reef Dispensary locations within a given state, but DO NOT transfer from state to state.
Redeeming Loyalty Points
66.67 points can be redeemed for $1.00 off of any purchase at a Reef Dispensary location in the state where the points were earned. When you shop, a Reef Dispensary team member should let you know if you have points available to redeem and the amount. Loyalty points redemptions are always applied first to the full retail price of the item. Further sales/discounts (such as percentage-based flash sales) may be combined with loyalty point redemptions, but the final sale price will be calculated based on the item price after any loyalty point redemptions.
Additional Rewards Discount Offers
Provided the individual Loyalty Program member is opted in to receive emails, he/she may also be entitled to receive additional, exclusive point offerings and offers available only to the Loyalty Program members.
Loyalty points awarded based on purchases in a given state will expire twenty four (24) months after your last purchase at a Reef Dispensary location in the state. Tryke Companies is not obligated to inform you of such expiration prior to the date thereof.
Tryke Companies reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Reef Dispensary Loyalty Program accounts, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Loyalty Program. We also reserve the right to revoke loyalty points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the Rewards Program in any way.
Limitation of Liability
By entering into the Reef Dispensary Loyalty Program, participants release and hold harmless Tryke Companies, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability of any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Loyalty Program or acceptance or use of any points given. No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. The foregoing causes are not exhaustive. Changes to the same can or will be made at the sole discretion of Tryke Companies as and when required without giving notice or any form of communication to Loyalty Program members as individuals or groups.
Reef Dispensary shoppers who create an in-store account will be entered automatically into the Reef Dispensary Loyalty Program. There is a limit of 1 account per person. Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash.
